Keep Fit Hire Terms and Conditions:
Delivery:
Free delivery area is limited to Keep Fit Hire’s discretion.
Free delivery is available for 3 and 6 month hires and is limit to 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
After hour deliveries are available at $40.00.
Collection:
Free collection is available between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday only.
After hour collection incurs a $40.00 collection fee.
(If you have a safe dry place to leave the equipment Keep Fit Hire is happy to collect the equipment free of charge during the free collection hours).
Terms:
The Hirer shall indemnify the Owner, and keep them indemnified against loss of, or damage to, the appliance howsoever occasioned, and The Hirer shall at his own expense, insure and keep insured the appliance for its full replacement value against loss or damage from any cause. The Hirer shall continue making rental payments until full value of the loss or damage has been paid to the Owner.
The Hirer hereby clears the Owner from any claim, action or demand for any damage to person or property of the Hirer or any person claiming through him arising out of any use or malfunction of the hired goods.
Keep Fit Hire will contact the hirer one week prior the termination of the hire. Whilst all attempts to contact the Hirer will be made it is the Hirer responsibility to inform Keep Fit Hire of their intentions prior to the hire termination date. In the event that equipment is not returned by the termination date then a further month’s payment shall become due and payable and shall continue to accrue on a monthly basis until the equipment is returned. In the event that equipment is returned prior to any monthly anniversary Keep Fit Hire reserves the right to not refund or rebate the early termination. No claim shall be made or maintainable if Keep Fit Hire determines not to give a rebate.
The hire equipment shall remain the sole and absolute property of the Keep Fit hire and the Hirer shall not sell, assign, pledge, underlet, lend or otherwise part with possession of the appliance and shall not without Keep Fit Hire’s written consent remove the equipment from the address set out in the application form. The Hirer will protect the equipment against distress, execution or seizure and indemnify Keep Fit Hire against all losses.
Keep Fit hire’s, Servants or Agents may at all reasonable times enter the Hires premises for the purpose of collection or of viewing the condition and carrying out such replacements, repairs and adjustments as may be necessary.
Equipment is to be returned clean, uncleaned equipment may incur a $50.00 cleaning fee.
In the event of hire equipment breakdown, Keep Fit Hire will repair or replace the equipment and extend the hire period by the number of days the equipment was not functional.
All equipment is for indoor use only and is limited to personal use. Not For commercial use.
