How it works
Hiring a treadmill, start to finish
Four steps, no paperwork to speak of, and nothing to pay until the treadmill is in your house and running.
1. Pick your model and term
Choose the treadmill and whether you want it for 1, 3 or 6 months. Not sure? Call us and describe the room and what you want to do.
2. We deliver and set it up
Our own team brings it in, assembles it and shows you how it works, often the next day, right across our service areas.
3. Pay on delivery
Cash, card or Afterpay when the treadmill arrives — you pay on delivery, not when you book.
4. Extend, buy or hand it back
Keep it longer, put the hire towards buying it, or we collect it at no extra cost at the end of the term.
Try before you buy
Hire it for three months. If you keep it, that hire comes off the price.
Buying a treadmill outright is a leap of faith — you find out whether you will use it after you have paid for it. So we let you find out first.
Hire a treadmill for 3 months and use it properly. If you decide to keep it, the first 3 months of hire is deducted from the purchase price. If it turns out not to suit you, we collect it and that is the end of it.
Rent to own
Own it at the end, over 12 or 24 months
If you already know you want to keep the treadmill, rent to own spreads it over weekly payments and the machine is yours at the end of the term.

Delivery
Delivery and setup from $50, Brisbane to the Gold Coast
We cover Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands and the surrounding suburbs — over 300 of them — and delivery, assembly and collection are all included in the hire price.
Treadmills can often be delivered the next day. Tell us when you book if there are stairs or a tight turn and we will bring the right gear.

How long can I hire a treadmill for?
Hire terms are 1, 3 or 6 months depending on the model. The JS-4300, JS-4500 and JS-5000A can be hired for a single month; the JS-16401 and JS-4000 start at 3 months. You can extend at any point during the hire.
Do you assemble it, or do I?
We do. Our own team carries the treadmill in, assembles it, tests it and shows you how it works before we leave. At the end of the hire we collect it at no extra cost — the delivery charge covers both trips.
How much space do I need?
Leave clear space behind and to the sides of the machine as well as the footprint itself. Unfolded, the JS-16401 is 660 × 1600 mm, the JS-4300 and JS-4000 are 700 × 1630 mm, the JS-4500 is 760 × 1780 mm and the JS-5000A is 845 × 1830 mm. All of our home models fold up when you are not using them.
Can I buy the treadmill after hiring it?
Yes. Hire one for 3 months and if you decide to keep it, that first 3 months of hire is deducted from the purchase price. You can also rent to own over 12 or 24 months on selected models.
How soon can you deliver?
Treadmills can often be delivered the next day. Call us on 1300 800 776 and we will tell you what we can do this week.
What sort of power point does a treadmill need?
An ordinary 10 amp household power point — the same one you would plug a kettle into. Give the treadmill its own outlet rather than sharing an extension lead or power board with other appliances.
Can you get a treadmill upstairs?
Usually, yes. Treadmills are heavy, so tell us when you book if there are stairs, a tight landing or a narrow doorway and we will send the right people and equipment.
How do I pay?
Cash, card or Afterpay when the treadmill is delivered. There is nothing to pay when you book.
How many calories will I burn on a treadmill?
That comes down to your body weight and how hard you push, so any single number would be misleading. We built a calculator for it: put in your age, height, weight and how active your days are, and it works out what half an hour, 45 minutes or a full hour of brisk walking burns at your weight, alongside roughly how many calories a day you need.
