• We offer a full refund for any items that arrive damaged or defective.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

• Custom-made items.
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Hire equipment.
