What we do
Three jobs we get called out for
Assembly and installation
A flat-packed home gym still in its box, or a treadmill the retailer left in the garage. We bring it in, put it together properly, test it and show you how it works.
Service and repairs
Belts, lubrication, consoles, motors and the general wear that comes with a few years of use. We maintain our own hire fleet, so these are machines we have our hands on every week.
Moving and relocation
Moving house? We dismantle the machine, move it and put it back together at the other end. Home gyms and treadmills rarely survive being tipped into the back of a removalist truck.

Every machine that goes out on hire comes back to be checked, cleaned and repaired. These are not machines we are meeting for the first time.

Everything happens at your place. Nothing needs carting anywhere, and nothing sits in a workshop for a fortnight.
We will tell you if it is not worth it
If a repair costs more than the machine is worth, we will say so. Sometimes the honest answer is that hiring or replacing works out cheaper than fixing.

Priced before we start
Service and repair call-out — $120
Home gym installation — $250, or $350 with a leg press
Relocation — priced on application
Installation is priced off the model, and you are always welcome to put the machine together yourself instead. Relocations we have to price on application — what is involved depends on the machine, the access at both ends and how far it is going, and any figure quoted sight unseen would be a guess. There is no charge for asking, and nothing is booked in until you know what it costs.
If we get there and the job turns out to be something other than what was described, we tell you before we do anything about it.
What we work on
Treadmills, exercise bikes, rowers, cross trainers and multi-station home gyms — domestic and light commercial. We work on the brands we hire and sell ourselves, and on most of what gets sold into Australian homes.
If you are not sure, tell us the brand and the model number off the sticker and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can help with. Our owner’s manual library is free to download if you just need the paperwork.
Where we come to
Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast, from our base at Yatala. Outlying areas can usually still be covered — a travel charge may apply, and we will tell you what it is before anything is booked.

Common questions
Do you install equipment I bought somewhere else?
Yes. It does not matter where the machine came from — a retailer, an online sale, a marketplace listing or a relative clearing out a garage. Most of the installations we do are machines we did not supply.
Can you service a treadmill you did not sell me?
Yes. A service or repair call-out is $120, and anything beyond a standard service is quoted before we do the work. Tell us the brand and model and what it is doing, and we will tell you whether it is worth a visit before you commit to one.
How much does home gym installation cost?
$250 for a standard multi-station home gym, and $350 for the model with a leg press, which is a bigger job. You can also put it together yourself and pay nothing — the manual is free to download from our owner’s manuals page.
Can you move my equipment to a new house?
Yes. We dismantle it, move it and reassemble it at the other end. Relocations are priced on application — it depends on the machine, the access at both ends and the distance — so ring us and we will work it out. Worth booking ahead of the removalists rather than after them.
Do I need to be home?
Someone over 18 needs to be there to let us in and to be shown how the machine works when we are done.
How soon can you come?
Usually within a few days, and often sooner. Ring 1300 800 776 and we will tell you what this week looks like.
Do you replace treadmill belts?
Belts, lubrication, consoles and motor faults are the usual jobs. If a part has to be ordered in we will tell you what it costs and how long it will take before we order anything.
What if it cannot be fixed?
We will say so, and we will tell you what the machine is realistically worth. Hiring or replacing sometimes costs less than repairing, and we would rather you heard that from us.
